Please note that for hygiene and COVID reasons, we cannot accept returns.
Refunds
In order to be eligible for a refund the product has to be damaged from our end with packaging not shipping. You need to provide photos of the damage when delivered. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective body oil product, please contact our customer service team at onnasteeluxuryscentsllc@gmail.com within 48-72 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or images. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include issuing a refund.
