Refunds
In order to be eligible for a refund the product has to be damaged from our end with packaging not shipping. You need to provide photos of the damage when delivered. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

As our body products are made to order, note that there is a week of infusing before we ship. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take longer. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only offer shipping within the United States. However, If we are unable to ship to your desired location, we will notify you and provide a refund for the affected items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, the responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
